Pretty much unusable for both my husband and I on first attempt. The regular head pinches like crazy. The microhead doesn't do anything unless you apply pressure, and if you apply pressure it also cuts/irritates the skin and gives crazy razor burn.
We will try a few more times to see if the skin just needs to get used to it, but so far it seems like a worthless product.
